Refund policy
At Senteur, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality fragrances. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
2. Condition of Items: Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged unless they arrived in that condition. If your product was damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.
3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will provide instructions for the return process. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs to our facility. Please ensure the package is securely sealed before shipping.
4. Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there was an error with your order.
5. Refunds: Once returned items are received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 days after receipt of the returned items.
6. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different product, please return the item and place a new order.
